Why We Started Florida Georgia Life
Two longtime family friends reconnected and discovered that life in both regions was equally relaxing and inspiring. After years of living in Florida, each family purchased homes in North Georgia—and the adventure began.
We split our time between Gulf sands and Blue Ridge pines. We wanted a brand that felt like both: coffee on the dock, long trail days, Sunday sunsets, fire-pit laughs. Florida–Georgia Life is our gear, guides, and good-time map for people who love the beach and the mountains.
We saw an opportunity to bring together the people, places, and stories that made these regions so special to our families. Now, we’re excited to share everything they have to offer with yours.
Two states. One life.
Florida Georgia Life was born from our own experience of living between two places that couldn’t be more different — yet perfectly complementary.
We enjoy our primary homes in Florida, with its sun- soaked days, coastal energy, and year-round warmth. But we also retreat to our cabins in North Georgia, where the mountains, changing seasons, and slower pace offer a peaceful escape.
Over time, we realized that this dual lifestyle wasn’t just a setup — it was a gift.
Living between Florida and Georgia gave us balance, perspective, and a fuller sense of what it means to enjoy life.
